HI all,
i have just bought a new laptop, which has far more powerful specs than my 10 years old previous one but once installed it simply will not load. I am at a loss as why that might be.
Most grateful for any ideas.
Thanks

Specs of new laptop?
Snapdragon cpu? Zwift won’t work on an arm based processor due to emulation problems.
Please share the model ID of the laptop so we can look up all the details.
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for replying, I was out cycling IRL. Anyway the specs are as follows:
SAMSUNG Galaxy Book4 Edge
Operating system Windows 11 Home
PERFORMANCE Graphics card Adreno integrated graphicsRAM16 GB LPDDR5xProcessor
This is the reason, if you can return it and get an intel based processor. Zwift won’t run on this.
Ah ok thanks. I have an iPad pro and Windows PC so it’ll be fine.
If in the future you ever decide to buy a computer that needs to run Zwift, I recommend checking out their system requirements document, and come ask for advice here about specs and how the game experience will differ based on the hardware in the machine. It’s also quite possible that at some point Zwift will release a native build for Windows on ARM processors, so it may become usable in time.
