I’ve just got myself a power meter as my wattage was so unrealistic (my last race gave me a FTP of 370). I did a FTP test today with the power meter and I got 272.
My question is, I’ve been doing the Build me Up program and I’m at week 8 of 12. After one ride with my PM things are so different, I’m working harder now than I was. Should I restart the program or should I just keep on with the current one?
