I am running Zwift on a 2 year old laptop. It’s a HP with Ryzen 7 5825U processor, 16GB RAM (DDR4) and 512GB SSD. I would expect it would run properly on this laptop, however it is not working at all. See details from Zwifalyzer:
Things I have tried so far:
- Uninstall the app and delete all files and then restart PC and reinstall Zwift
- Ensure that Windows, Zwift, are all fully up to date
- Kill other apps to give Zwift greater access to resources
- Disabled Onedrive and antivirus.
Any suggestions or is this laptop not capable of running Zwift properly?
Have you tried installing the latest Radeon driver downloaded from the AMD website? There have been a lot of reports of issues on Ryzen systems with integrated graphics lately that can be helped by doing that, however most of those reports involve the app crashing (along with high memory usage and very poor frame rates). Since that’s quick and easy I would try it. I’m not sure if that’s the issue here. Your laptop should be adequate.
You could also send a log file to support@zwift.com to see if they can spot any issues.

What anti virus are you running
Well that was an easy fix apparently. I have updated AMD drivers and Zwift seems to be running fine now.
Thanks for the support!!
