Hi. Is it possible to run the icons marked in the photo on my tablet? They are there on the phone, but not on the tablet. both devices have the latest version of zwift installed.
Shuji at Zwift HQ. I don’t understand the question. Are you asking how to change your nationality flag from Poland to the greyed-out star-and-bars flag?
#1 - Don’t run the main Zwift app on more than one device at the same time. If you’re logged in on a phone, then make the change on the phone, it will not show up on the tablet until after you’ve logged off on both devices, then log in on the tablet.
Does that make sense? Concurrent logins from more than one device creates all sorts of problems. We recommend that you uninstall the main Zwift app on any secondary devices to avoid any problems caused by concrrent logins.
#2 - If you’re asking where to change the nationality setting and the corresponding flag - you can do that in your player profile in the game app or your web profile pate. See this Support article for how. The “no country / no flag” setting is at the very top of the list.
I think they are asking to have the name tags with distance behind to show up on iPad, aren’t they missing from iPad?
Flags and names of other users do not appear on the tablet. I posted the photo just to show what I mean.
there seems to be a mix of iPad users who can and can’t see them?
I have two IPads.
iPad Air 2 maxed out at 15.8 doesn’t show riders behind.
New IPad (m2) 18.1 does show riders behind.
Not sure but is it Android devices still don’t show riders behind ?
galaxy s24 ultra shows. galaxy tab s9+ tablet not showing
I wish I could turn it off.
Confirmed to display distances behind on my S24 Ultra and Note 20 Ultra 5G.
Confirmed not to be displayed on my Tab S7 Plus.
This is a bit weird considering the same Snapdragon processor and 6GB or more RAM on the Note 20 and Tab S7. All software and firmware is fully up to date, including new Zwift updates applied to all devices applied today, before testing.
Why show this on tiny little phone screens, but not on a 12.4" tablet? It is particularly useful for racing.
I just bought a new Samsung Tab 9 tablet and noticed the same thing. It works on my phone, which also picks up my heart rate broadcasting from my garmin watch while the tablet does not.
