Hi Zwifters!

We’re approaching the time of year for one of our most popular campaigns: the Tour of Zwift (TdZ) starts in January.

The Research Team at Zwift is conducting two surveys to collect your feedback on TdZ; one before the start on December 27, and one after it ends on February 13. Please note that not all Zwifters will receive the email on December 27 but everyone who participates in TdZ should receive the email on February 13.

Anybody else received an email regard the recently finished Tour De Zwift which includes a link to a survey that doesn’t work?

You click it and it says this survey is not currently active.

Would like to participate but when I click on “HERE” to access the survey, I get the message that the survey is not active at the moment. When?

But. Seriously. Yes, it did not give me the opportunity to use up my time on Zwift’s behalf. Which is like totally what I’m here for.
