Zwift Rowing feature?

Hi, I’m loving Zwift cycling and just started Zwift running.

I’m using the run pod on my shoe and it got me to thinking whether it would be possible to create something of a similar nature to attach to a Concept 2 type Rowing machine and have routes around Watopia etc for Zwift Rowing?
I’m sure it would appeal and offer a rounded fitness package of Zwifting activities for enthusiasts.
