I don’t have one, not available in my part of the world yet. But I’m considering it when they do become available.
The trainer has to support a specific protocol, but it’s one that essentially all recent trainers already do. Kickr V5 is supported.
Now that the shipping cost was reduced by 40€ can I get that 40 € back or at least some complementary socks?
I also paid the 100€ for shipping, as I ordered right away.
Hi, is the click included together with cog v2? I know that there are controls on the handlebar, but it may convenient to have both…
in some reviews it seems to be included, however the click is not listed in what included in the package… who is correct? thanks
This link says yes:
I also paid £65 delivery charge then next day reduced to £45 !! , hope to get a refund because doesn’t seem fair

Yes, we have adjusted our shipping costs on the smart frame. If you paid the pre-adjustment price, we’re happy to refund the difference!. Please contact my Support colleagues offline, as we don’t handle requests related to your money (e.g. Shop purchases) on this public forum.
Jup, I got the 40€ difference refunded by replying to the email about my order.
Thanks Shuji just got my refund £20 for over charged shipping
Agree.
I asked the same without answer yet.
When purchasing the zwit ride with wahoo kickr included, it is not that clear if legacy cog (black) or cog upgrade v2 (orange) is part of the package.
Waiting for the answer before ordering.
Same here. From the image the clog version seems to be V2 (orange) but no mention about the click. Please let me know when you have an official answer! thanks
@stephane_GARNIER and @Ricky_P
Thanks for asking. The Wahoo KICKR CORE Zwift One will continue to ship with the existing (black) Zwift Cog installed. Later this year, as part of a rolling change, trainers begin shipping with the Zwift Cog v2.
Does the cog included require removing the free hub body from the cassette on the Zwift hub? I’m a bit confused by the setup directions.

Our colleagues at Elite passed along this news, which I post here verbatim.
A firmware update to make the Direto XR / XR-T upgradable to support virtual shifting is scheduled to be worked on it towards the end of the year. Stay tuned!
Hello @Ryan_Schell welcome to Zwift forums.
If you have a direct drive trainer with firmware that supports virtual shifting, you’ll need to remove the multi-gear cassette from its freehub body using a chain whip and lockring tool.
The version of the Zwift Cog v2 that’s included with the Zwift Ride (standalone) smart frame will then slide on to the trainer’s existing freehub body, replacing the cassette that you removed.
There are two how-to videos on this page. Please see the video how-to for the No Freehub Zwift Cog option.
Just for clarification then can i use the new Zwift ride with my Zwift hub one with the original black cog?
You can but it would be better to use the included version 2 (orange) Zwift Cog. The main advantage for Ride users is the quieter sprocket that comes with v2. Zwift Ride doesn’t really require much adjustment, so the chainline with the original Cog is generally fine.
Version 2 allows for fine-tuning of the 14 tooth cog’s lateral position, where version 1 does not. * The advantages of the indexing found on Cog v2 is a bigger advantage for those using bikes on trainers to avoid users having to adjust their rear mechs - not many know how to do it properly and those that do, don’t want to be continually doing it between indoor and outdoor rides
Replacing the ZCog version 1 with the ZCog version 2 requires you use a chain whip and lockring tool. There are two how-to videos on this page. Please see the video how-to for the No Freehub Zwift Cog option.
Thanks for the info
Hi,
Would be great if you could ship to Norway. Had the new Zwift ride bike frame in the shopping cart but… no shipping to Norway…
Hi, when will the frame become available in Eu?
