Zwift Ride only Frame

I just bought a Wahoo KICKR CORE roller, thinking of getting the Zwift frame, but I have a nice surprise, out of stock!!! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Does anyone know when it will be available?

Yes, the Ride standalone Smart Frame is out of stock in our EU region. We do not have a date of its return to announce, but if you sign up for the notification, you’ll be alerted as soon as inventory arrives.

Hello Thank you for your answer and welcome to the forum, I don’t find it logical that the complete kit is available but not the frame alone. Can’t you take the frames of the complete kit and send them separately?

I just had to jump in and answer your question about the “Notify Me” button for the Zwift Ride frame. Since you’ve already received a notification, to get the latest update when we restock, you’ll just need to click that “Notify Me” button again.

How can the frames be out of stock when you can buy with the kickercore? They all come in separate boxes, the frame itself consists of two boxes with the handlebars being separate, it doesn’t make sense :shushing_face:

The button takes a second or two to appear after loading the page, at least in my case.
Received a service mail today, that they are working on it but no specific date is available.

The training season has already started and I don’t want to lose many training days unnecessarily. Will soon frames again to order and then also be available? Or should we rather look elsewhere to start training soon?

Given that they are struggling to meet demand, bikes are showing up damaged or shipments incomplete, and the support desk is overloaded, you might have a more certain start to your season if you get a different product.

I’m guessing they’re out of Cog v2s. The Frame-only comes with the updated v2 of the Cog, while the Bundle with trainer comes with v1s (which are all probably pre-installed on the trainers) – at least that’s how I think I heard the packages differ from one another.

I just received the frame with the Cog v2 everything is fine if not the problem with the damaged frame as you can see from the pictures, this will surely be Fedex’s fault, too bad

I wouldn’t tolerate that. You bought a new bike but it’s not in new condition. You didn’t pick the packaging or the freight carrier, so this is all someone else’s responsibility to deal with.

I would be asking for a replacement that is a disgrace!
when mine got delivered the packaging was fine and undamaged, some couriers must literally throw the boxes around to have so much damage IMHO

Now there is a new problem, the controls on the handlebars don’t work, they seem crazy, they keep pressing buttons even if I’m not touching anything, everything is updated to the latest version and contacting the assistance there are 3 emails that write me to reset to update but a concrete solution does not arrive. I didn’t like this experience and I’m very disappointed. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
