Great to see the new racing plan and have done the first workout of the plan this morning (Watopia Flat Forward).
Two very minor typos:
- The 7 minute warm up it says 10 minutes.
- About 43 minutes in the prompt refers to ‘Bell Lap’ not sure this is Watopia.
Other than that the prompts are really good and timing is spot on. Would be brilliant if the workout was aligned to the course as you ride it, imagine the coding to do that would be immense.
Brilliant workout, really pushed me and could visualise the efforts with a race.
