I just raced Zwift Racing League | WTRL - Men’s/Mixed EMEA W1 DIVISION 1 (C), and the ZwiftPower Does not upload.

This is odd, you appear in the “live” results at about 19th place, but no DQ’s and doesnt look like abnormal performance (no reason why you would be DQ’ed). They are still having issues with some data in ZP so it may be related or a new’ish issue, either way I think you should bounce this straight to zwiftpower@zwift.com.
