Zwift on Android repeatedly stops mid ride, started this week

Hi,

Hope someone has a suggestion.

I’ve been Zwifting for 2 years now with no real issues but this week every Zwift ride has stopped mid ride. App stops, I have to log back in, reconnect devices and app attempts to resume ride (it fails to return me to same spot).

Both the device, Honor Pad X9 and the app are fully updated, nothing has changed as far as I know, so no idea what has caused this behaviour.

Any suggestions of where to look or what to try? (aside from clearing the cache and uninstall + reinstall)

Is Zwift crashing or just hanging?

If it’s crashing then you should find the log files and send them to Zwift support.

Thanks for the advice, that is good to know as it was crashing.
I will do so next time but can’t do it right now as I’ve cleared cache + data, uninstalled app, turned off tablet and will reinstall the app - classic case of idle hands :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
