Zwift hub one calibration issue

Hi guys,

Couple of months ago bought a zwift hub one which i recently started using. Updated firmware etc.
Every single time i start biking on zwift the first 10mins the resistance is very low and the watts are very low. After 10mins or sow suddenly it gets very hard to bike for a few seconds and after that its kind a normal. Although resistance sometimes totally drops when shifting lower and the flywheel keeps spinning. I cannot hardly imagine it has to be like this. Anyone who can help?!

Also when accelerating and it comes above 100rpm the resistance is gone and the flywheel keeps spinning

Hi @Kevin_Plasmans sorry to hear about the Resistance issues with your Zwift Hub One. This is Norman and I’m happy to help.

If the resistance varies too much it’s most likely not the experience we want you to have, please check this article to know exactly how to trigger a calibration on the Zwift Hub.

Also on your In-Game Settings look for the Trainer Difficulty slider and check if you haven’t drastically change it by accident, maybe that’s what’s making it too hard to ride in some segments.

If that doesn’t work, it’d be a good idea to give you 1-on-1 support, so feel free to contact us and we’ll fix you up.

Ride On.
