Am experiencing major problems today with navigating the main menu page.
Starting up is fine, connecting to equipment is fine, but once I get to the main menu and try to navigate around, it suddenly freezes and crashes,
Happens most frequently when I try and scroll left or right on one of the strips of events/ rides etc

Paul’s suggestion is spot on. The best way to move forward is to contact us to take a look at your account. The reason behind this is that there are many factors why you would experience freezing. The most common are the following.
- Hardware Issues.
- GPU Drivers.
- Hardware Failure.
- Device is under spec.
- Internet loss or latency.
