Zwift does not calibrate the tacx flux roller

Hello guys
i can’t calibrate the roller with zwift. is connected with bluethoot to the mobile. gives me “calibration time expired” - failed -
can you help me? thanks

Try calibrating in the Tacx app, which is likely the better place to calibrate, anyway.
