hi. i have a Mac Pro 2011, 16gb ram.

Captura de Tela 2024-10-14 às 11.53.25

the app crashes and the log shows this message:
Assertion failed: (0), function FATAL, file OS.cpp, line 599.
[766:21173:20241014,114937.758035:ERROR file_io_posix.cc:144] open /Users/barroso/Library/Caches/Zwift/patcher/manifest: No such file or directory (2)

I already allowed the app to access the folders.
can someone help?

It looks like support for the Apple Metal API came to the MacBook Pro in 2012. That is required to run Zwift. There are some things you could do to double check but it seems that model may be too old. See the paragraph at the bottom of this support document for how to check.

Hi @David_Barroso1 welcome to Zwift forums.

Zwift supports Macs that use the Metal API. If this is Hackintosh hardware that predates Apple’s use of Metal, it will not be able to run Zwift.
