Hi @mark_holmes2, welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
Since your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE was working fine before, let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to isolate this matter.
Reduce Graphics Load
- Lowering the resolution and detail settings in Zwift can help prevent crashes. You can do this under Zwift’s settings.
- Try closing other background apps to free up system memory.
- If the crashes continue, uninstall and reinstall Zwift
Check for Updates
- Make sure your Zwift app is fully updated in the Google Play Store.
- Check for any pending system updates on your tablet.
Clear Cache & Storage
- Go to Settings > Apps > Zwift > Storage and tap Clear Cache.
- If that doesn’t help, try Clear Data (this will reset Zwift, so you’ll need to log in again).
If none of these fix it, it could be worth testing Zwift on another device (like your phone or PC) to see if the issue is specific to the tablet. Hope this helps, and let us know if anything works for you!
