Poor Graphical Quality on Android

Since your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE was working fine before, let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to isolate this matter.

Reduce Graphics Load

• Lowering the resolution and detail settings in Zwift can help prevent crashes. You can do this under Zwift’s settings.

I cannot see any such settings in the Zwift app on my Galaxy Tab A7 device. Not under ‘Audio and Video’, which would make the most sensible location.

• Check for Updates
• Make sure your Zwift app is fully updated in the Google Play Store.
• Check for any pending system updates on your tablet.

I am using the latest v1.84 release, system is fully updated.

Clear Cache & Storage

• Go to Settings > Apps > Zwift > Storage and tap Clear Cache.

This appeared to work, at least the one time I’ve tried it (today). Will try again tomorrow, first with out clearing, then, if things go boom, I’ll clear it and try again. Hopefully, your software folks can fix this problem. Clearing cache manually shouldn’t be necessary.
