I just did an update of my Mac and Zwift after not opening them for months. When I try to launch it, I get the error it’s not possible and they direct me to the support site.
I tried deleting/re installing couple of times, rebooting my pc,… . One time i got ‘error launch 8’ as a text but I don’t know what it means.

Did you follow this process to reinstall cleanly? If you just install again over your old installation it won’t clean up everything.
You should probably contact support if you remain stuck. Here on the forum you’ll mostly just get replies from fellow users. Support presents some hurdles for you to get past the chat bot but if you carry on telling it that its suggestions aren’t working, you should eventually be able to open a support case.
