Hallo i have an old 7 speed bike, that I want to setup permanent on the kickr, with the indoor training.
Would a Zwift cog be able to support this?

You may need to install an 8 speed chain on the bike, depending on how wide the existing chain is. If the chain is old and worn it should be replaced anyway.
The axle spacing of the frame needs to be 130mm or 135mm, so if the bike is very old that could be a problem. Measure the distance between the rear dropouts of the frame to see if it’s 130mm or more. 7 speed bikes from the 1980s often had 126mm spacing.
My bike is from 2017, i measure the rear dropout to be 140mm. Will it cause problems if its more then 135mm?
The chain Can replaced, Will do that if its needed, as i am unsure how wide it is.
What is the manufacturer and model of the bike? 140mm is not a standard width so that would be unusual.
Many modern chains for 7 speed bikes are actually 8 speed chains.
Its a Companion bike
I remeasured, and if its from outside to outside of the rear droput, its 140, if its inside to inside, its about 135. Så i guess its 135??
Then I might be in luck with the chain
It’s the inside measurement, so it’s probably fine. 130mm and 135mm are both standard axle spacings for bikes with a quick release hub.
Super, then I hope the Zwift cog Will do just fine.
Lets hope I wont need to change chain.
Thanks for your help.
