Trying to connect the latest Zwift Cog to my IPad. I can connect te zwift click on to the companion app on my IPad easily. Although I can’t find the Zwift click on the Zwift app when I’m on the page to connect before riding.
How do I fix this?
First step is to make sure you have a trainer that supports virtual shifting and the firmware is up to date. Which trainer do you have?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I see you’re using a Saris Hammer. Saris trainers do not support Virtual Shifting at this time with their firmware, so the Zwift Click is not compatible with it.
