Ditto to a blank, worthless email this AM.
26.2 km done at the sept 14 13:00 (CET) baseline ride, but zwift academy tells me I’m still at 0%?
Any ideas? The group ride tells us it is 26km, they usually show 1 decimal if necessary, so I should’ve finished?
My activity title mentions ‘group workout’, but I’m pretty sure it was a ‘group ride’.
Didn’t see an arch or a ‘ride report’, but I’m sure it was 26.2km. What happened?
I’ll probably finally try out the Wahoo Systm, there’s 14 day free test period. If it works I’ll cancel my Zwift-subscription and move there, unless they somehow fix the issues so that I can participate in the first workout without having to complete the baseline ride again.

No phenotype or Baseline data here either. Received my email at 3:04 am CDT on 9/15/22. Frustrating but at least I wasn’t banded!
Sorry, poorly worded. Meant that there is no point to try to keep up with the given academy schedule (as these workouts can be done whenever) if I cannot get the “graduation”, results/comparison between baseline/finish line ride. But let’s see 
I am simply amazed how hard it is to get something like this to work properly.

I’m in the same boat. Non-banded baseline ride yesterday, blank email today telling me I’m a ‘!’.

I did the ride yesterday at 8pm CEST no email arrive and yes I did the total ride.
Very disappointed in this amateurish implementation after last years bannergate when they had no start banners for the beginning of the segments for the first few baseline events. I was hopeful they would have hired staff since then with the ability to think through and test these events before launching them.

Could someone make a post when its all working so those of us waiting to do the baseline know when to expend our energy.
Though, I thought Zwift HQ had moved past these types of shambles…

Out of interest, did she recieve the email and if so, did they calculate the w/kg correctly?
This is a dumpster fire. I’m out and pausing my subscription until it’s sorted. Between this, UI updates, font updates, and various associated glitches with all of those I’ve lost confidence.

I’m not sure why they don’t just pull the events until it’s working as all i see on here/facebook/clubs chat is people having issues.
Maybe pause them and try again next week once things are TESTED and ready to go again @manda_F
