Following yesterday’s stage, Zwift and WTRL are aware of issues that select ZRL teams and participants experienced. We apologize for the disruption.
The issues were across Race Passes arriving late, teams changing leagues or having no league entered, and team admins not being able to edit their rosters for a period of time ahead of the races taking place. We’re also aware that divisions in smaller leagues were suspended due to the minimum requirement of five teams per league.
In light of the recent issues, we’re giving all ZRL Round 1 registered teams the chance to complete Race 1 again on Tuesday, Oct. 14—same time, same course, same format. If your team races on Oct. 14, that result only will count, i.e. your Sept. 16 result will be voided. If your team raced successfully on yesterday and chooses not to race again, your Sept. 16 result will stand. To address the lower team limit issue, we will revise the limit and allow divisions of three teams for the affected leagues (predominantly New Zealand and Pacific North America focused leagues).
Race results from yesterday will be available on WTRL’s Zwift Racing League website within the coming hours.
We want to celebrate another season of the world’s biggest team cycling event starting. Thank you for signing up and taking part—your efforts will be rewarding.
