Wrong race category as result of false wattage

Hi there,

I recently swapped from an Elite Tuo to a Elite Direto. What I always suspected has now been proven. The Tuo showed a much to high power output, which lead to a false upgrade from Cat B to A. Is there a way to have the events, which recorded a much to high power output, eliminated from my Zwiftpower profile? If not I will have to wait for another 90 days or so to be downgraded.

You can email zwiftpower@zwift.com to have them reset your profile, include the date you got the new trainer, link to your profile, and your zwiftpower ID.
