Workouts not uploading to Zwift power

I’ve done a number of races, time trials and workouts.
The races and TTS are showing in Zwiftpower but not the workouts.
On the profile page I select to see all activities and there is a list without workouts.
If I click the workouts tab there are none.
Is there a setting I need to change somewhere ?

Zwiftpower won’t display your workouts to others, they will appear on your feed to others in Companion app if set to public.

Curious why there is a Workouts tab ?

If you do group workouts they do show in ZwiftPower, just not individual workouts.

There’s a blue tab with Update Activities on it. have you tried clicking that?
