Does anyone know the percentage change in resistance that takes place when you use the incline up and down arrows in a workout? Or is it measured in gradient?

If you are talking about the workout bias arrows, I don’t think it does anything with the gradient. I believe it just adjusts your FTP up or down by a percentage, thus altering the required watt target for each segment.
Thats not what she was talking about. When u switch off Erg, then u can change incline.
