Is there a way to auto upload a HR or timeline image to strava and not the route image?
You could take a screenshot and upload that manually.
If you’re OK with the timeline image that is part of the activity summary at the end of your run/ride, you can use the ‘camera’ feature in Zwift to take a photo of it and then it would be part of the photos uploaded automatically when you save your ride. Yes, the camera still works (at least through the companion app, not sure about on the keyboard) during those end screens.
