Won't rocess my payment

I just got an email saying that Zwift couldn’t process my payment based on my payment information.  But I just joined 2 weeks ago.  Why am I being processed for another payment already? 

Probably because you get a 14 day trial and the payment won’t be processed until then.

I had already used my 14 day trial.

 

Answered with a support ticket. Payment processing error.
