Windows BLE error 126

I have Win10 PC (Ver 1909), Bluetooth dongle (4.0) and they all works fine.
I turned off window defender firewall, lowered UAC level,
but everytime Zwift says my BLE receiver is turned off.

I checked my log, and I found this error.
“Could not load the Windows BLE DLL BleWin10Lib.dll due to the following error 126”
How can I solve this error? I am struggling over weeks.

Try installing the Visual C++ Runtime files (vc_redistx64.exe). Zwift doesn’t include them in its installer and the Bluetooth library it ships needs them.
