It’s been such a common feature in video games for so long I just assumed the personel pace rider (also known as shadow rider) was a basic feature I hadn’t found yet. But no, it wasn’t me…it’s no offered. Why???
Come on Zwift, get with program!!!
The ability to follow a avatar with a preset speed or watt would be a huge motivator…and not rocket science to develop.

As Paul says, there are many requests for this. Make sure you vote for them, because i’d love a ghost to race my pb’s with.

Tried to vote-up as many as I could, but it’s such a basic and commonsense feature I can’t understand why it was left out!
