Why are basic things like easy access to the menu(s) so difficult for zwift?

I’ll believe Zwift when I see it. I’ve been in the community long enough I don’t believe anything they say is coming soon, Zwifty, or Zoon. Even it it’s “ready” it can still be scrapped in the 11th hour.
We are past the 11th hour and its already launched with real users. The rollout is snails pace though, but Zwift has already addressed some of the feedback.
I know! Its really annoying and i cant see the benefit of having it the way it is now.
