Where to put my rest days during my workout plan?


I just started the 10-12wk FTP Builder which has 4 to 5 workouts per week. Between which days should I plan my rest days to get the best results? I’m pretty flexible with my time, therefore I’m free to put them wherever I want.



I would love to know this as well.
