What is the solution to the failure of update?


Have you tried completely uninstalling Zwift and re-downloading and reinstalling it?

I would “Contact Zwift Support” as it says and include that screenshot. By doing so, Zwift might not only solve your problem but the problems of many other users as well.

Then, I would do as @Paul_Allen suggests (i.e., uninstall, reboot, download, reinstall Zwift)
