Watts drop to zero

I have a new Wahoo Kickr. My watts drop to zero a few times during a ride. I have a ANT dongle. This never happened with my old Elite Direto. Should I switch to Bluetooth? I’m not sure how to do that. I’m using windows 10. I tried pairing again, no luck. We have great internet. My wife rides next to me on a Wahoo Core, she doesn’t have any issues at all. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @Alan_Quesenberry,

Do you have the dongle on an extension cable so it is right under your trainer? How far away are you and your wife’s setup? I assume there is some signal interference now that you are both using Wahoo trainers. Switching to bluetooth might be an option (does your windows 10 PC have built in bluetooth?), though I’ve always found ant+ to be much more stable.

I would stick with ant+ and see if moving things apart a bit helps, and get that extension cable for the dongle if you don’t have it already.
