Then also having different categories is discriminatory. I cannot reach Cat A and I feel discriminate.

No one has yet mentioned age. If these badges are discriminatory wrt gender or size they are surely also vs age. I can’t see many 80 year olds being able to hit 1000w - ergo the ‘fair’ solution is to make them watts/age.
Or just drop the whole woke basis for this thread…

A set of W/kg badges. And a set of W badges.
Then everyone can be happy (except people that are never happy).
