Video Screenshots option is show disabled

I have this error even though I reinstalled the application.
My laptop has AMD Ryzen 7 5000 serie and AMD RADEO graphics.
Mobile device: Iphone

Problem: VIDEO SCREENSHOT IS BUSY SAVING THE LAST ONE…

Has this ever happened to you and how did you solve it?

Does it appear when it is auto saving or when you instigate it?
How are you trying to save it, via companion or the game app?

Does it save one and then this appears?
