Every time a video screenshot uploads to Strava it seems to be corrupted about 9 seconds in. On playback on my phone via Strava it just loops when it hits the corrupt point. On my PC, it just hangs at that point.
If it was a video screenshot i manually took myself, it saves and plays ok from my iPhone Photo Gallery, but once again if I upload it to Strava it has the same corruption issue.

Can you clarify which device you’re using to run the game app and capture the video? You mention playback on different devices, but it’s not clear which one is creating the video capture.

I’m using AppleTV. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I manually capture the video or whether it is an automatic capture by Zwift. They all fail to upload to Strava without corrupting.
I’m not that worried about it. I’m just wondering if anyone else has the same issue and if there is a fix for it.
If I upload a non Zwift video to Strava, that works fine.
I am having similar issues. The video clip is meant to be 15 seconds long and plays okay on my iphone but doesn’t when uploaded to Strava. It plays for a few seconds and then repeats never going any further
The videos out of ATV has never properly worked
1 in a 100 rides, magically the video is on Strava and it plays but the other 99 times its just a still from the video.
