Hi, I’ve recently purchased a new laptop. After installing Zwift and making sure I’ve the latest update version 1.102 the video recording icon is not available; I can only see the screenshot Icon in both Zwift in Windows and the companion app. Any Idea why this is happening? The laptop video hardware is pretty high not to meet the minimum requirements.
Exactly which laptop do you have? What is the model of CPU in it?
Alienware Aurora, Windows 11 Intel Core Ultra 9 and Video card Nvidia Gforce RTX 5070
Nice laptop. The problem is that Zwift does not recognize the Core Ultra series CPU for video screenshots. The GPU does not matter for this feature. There’s a discussion about it over here.

Oh Gosh! This is nonsense jajaja, thanks for the support, Paul. I’m assuming my issue with Scotty not showing in my back could also be related
