So with version 1.78 I had three issues in Zwift crashing. Today I’ve had repeated issues with Zwift having just updated to 1.79

Mate I am not technical at all, buts it’s a HP and 4 years old. It wasn’t expensive but it wasn’t cheap. It runs Zwift and iTunes, that’s it!!
It shouldn’t be the laptop, it hasn’t been an issue before Zwift v1.78.
I disabled the video replay feature 2 weeks ago but we’ve crashed again. Windows did a 40 minute update earlier in the week.
I see your comment about only saved 30 minutes, I know Zwift has this back up feature where this is a back up save every 10 minutes, so you never totally lose a right. But then it doesn’t sync to Strava and then my OCD is upset……
Run the Windows dxdiag program and share what you see
Sorry for delayed response. I’m not laptop technical at all so not a clue how to do the above. I got a laptop for Zwift, it has iTunes playing when I play Zwift, that’s it. It is AMD graphics though and I keep reading people with AMD having isssues……
Yes that is probably the problem then. Discussed in that topic I shared a few comments up.
I haven’t heard anything about their progress on that issue. It’s likely to remain unstable on that laptop until they get it sorted out.
