FTP training is generally set at the 91% - 105% FTP range, VO2Max training as a 105-120% range. So if you want to raise the VO2Max, be sure to select a workout that covers these higher ranges. Preferably for blocks of 2 ~ 4 minutes a piece. I’m not sure which workout in Zwift best does that, but you can always make your own.
