I am new to Zwift running but currently loving it as it beats just staring at a wall whilst running on my treadmill!
I have noticed an odd inconsistency with the reporting of my data between the various platforms Zwift offers. If I log in on my laptop it says I am level 0 and have completed no runs despite them showing in the feed underneath(!). Also when I use the Zwift app on my iphone (which is what I use whilst running) it correctly says I am level 3. Then when I use the Zwift companion app it says I am only level 2. All my recent runs are up to date and show on all the platforms but the level it says I am is completely different.
Any ideas why?
