Uphill too heavy too fast?

Hi! I’m new to zwift cycling using it on an ipad with a tacx vortex trainer, but it seems that any kind of uphill is like hitting a brick wall. I have to downshift lots of gears way too fast to be realistic. Any one else having the same issue?

Go into the settings and change trainer difficulty to about 40%. This should help.
