i finished my activity and the save button keeps spinning. I already tried to go back and try it again but it didnt worked

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having an issue saving your activities. Please try the following to see if the issue can be fixed:
- Open your Zwift app.
- Go to your in-app settings and under “Preferences” disable “Video Screenshots”.
- Go for a short ride of at least 2.0 km and try to save your activity again.
