Currently, all couriers are operating at peak or higher-than-peak capacity, so there may be residual delays lingering from January.
How will the UK buying experience change to accommodate cross-border shipping regulations?
- We list the estimated delivery time in the checkout.
- UK orders should take 2 - 3 days longer to clear Customs, This should improve over time as throughput increases for cross-border shipping in general.
- The customer will pay VAT/duties in cart.

For customers in the UK and Europe, we are shipping from our distribution center in The Netherlands.
Will the credit card be charged in Pounds or Euros?
