Trouble accessing Climb Portal in Zwift app

Hi, I might have a really silly question: how on earth do I access the Climb Portal in the Zwift Companion app? I don’t see any “Just Ride” option like the AI Overview result mentions.

Is the Climb Portal a world like Watopia or France? Because I don’t see Climb Portal listed there either. When I search for “Alpe du Zwift” under routes, I don’t get any results either.

It’s honestly driving me a bit crazy. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for your help!

not sure you can access it via the companion app, access it via the main game and on the front page there is climb portal

Alpe du Zwift is not a route. There are six routes that include the Alpe du Zwift segment:

For the climb portals you would need to access them in-game, not in the Companion app. The climb portals exist in both France and Watopia.
