My treadmill can go to max 14 kph so how will that affect my experience on Zwift? Currently I haven’t tried running at such high speeds. What would you recommend me to do in the future?
Depends on your fitness. I’m your average runner. My sprint workouts top out at 9mph. So about 15kph. Plenty fast for me. Though my mill can actually go to 15mph. But just thinking about it makes me nauseous . If you need faster than 14kph effort, simply add some elevation.
