Training session for youth Riders

Although there has been an increased number of shorter training sessions added over the last year would it be possible to create a training plan or group of individual workouts aimed at youth riders with workouts around 45 mins long. This would allow us to do a meetup with our youth riders and they would be able to do an appropriate training while we ride together.

Alternatively could you add the option of sharing workouts that you create with other riders?
