Training plan in companion is different to in game


There is a serious inconsistency with the required wattage of each interval between what is shown on the companion app (before starting) compared to what is required in game.

For example, I am in the zwift racing plan, and in Wild Starts, the companion app says the first big sprint is 1 min @285W, whereas in game it is 1 min @202W.

  1. How do I get this to be consistent so I can check the companion app for upcoming workouts and know it is reliable?
  2. How do I ensure it is as difficult as what the companion app says? The in game is always a far easier ride - too easy for me, however the companion figures look like an adequate difficulty for me.
