As you can see in the attached picture, the avg. pace is wrong (10:30min/km for 15min and 1.99km)
Zwift recorded 22min for my last run over 2.14km in place of 17min as displayed on the Zwift screen. Why? The run before is wrong as well, over 50min in place of 35min. All the results where synchronised with Strava with wrong values too.
Noticed something similar when looking at run race results. Example, I did a 5k race with following one mile splits : 8:31, 8:17, 8:03, and 7:53 (for the last 1/8 of a mile). But zwift tells me (in the race results) that my average pace was 8:27 for the 5k run. Any idea?
Your average pace in Zwift is determined by the activity time. Your activity time is 23 minutes and you covered 2.2km which makes your average pace 10:30/km. Most of this time will be you standing still before or after you finished running.
But this results in an false AVG time for my Race? Just did a 5k and Not a single Kilometer was slower than 03:27, but my avg Race pace (Not Activity pace) is 03:27?? I did 03:26 03:25 03:24 03:22 and 03:14. If i do the Math correct or should be around 03:23? Quite a difference 4 sec per k
Yes I’m sorry, that’s just the way it is at the moment. We have tried to get Zwift to change things but we have not had any success.
What a bummer… This can result in Same quite high differences and totally does Not make any Sense.
