Hi. I am new to zwift. Yesterday I had my first ride on watopia volcaono loops which only has 20 meters elevation profile.
I am using legacy rolling trainer with my road bike having speed and cadence sensors only. I noticed that my watts showing during the ride were very high even though my speed was around 30 to 33 km/hr.
As I dont have watt meter, therefore can anyone let me know how can I tune my trainer resistance manually to make watt looks like a normal person and not Professional athelete ???
