Time delay when using Garmin Vector 3 power meter pedals

,

I was experiencing an issue where there was a delay in Zwift between my actual pedaling output and when it registered in Zwift. The delay could range from 5 seconds up to 30 seconds. I believe I have solved the problem (knock on wood). What was happening was that my open Garmin app on my iPhone was trying to hijack the boothtooth connection between the pedals and Apple TV, and while doing so was creating a delay. Double click your home button, find the Garmin app and swipe up to ensure the Garmin app is closed and not active.

I hope this save some others grief as it did me. Cheers…
